About Us Our Privacy Policy In The Press Trademarks Our Privacy Policy

Intercilium Inc. regards all personal health information as sensitive data demanding complete protection in terms of privacy, confidentiality and security. This is particularly important at a time when the public is deeply concerned about online privacy invasions, and the widespread misuse of medical data. To prove our commitment to your medical privacy, Intercilium has developed a water-tight privacy policy.

Here's how:

  • Intercilium Inc. does not track your medical data and does not maintain databases on individual users. Instead, the company only tracks the aggregate number of times each PHDtoGo form has been accessed.
  • Our own staff will not even have access to your password. It is your responsibility to remember your user code and password and back them up! Should you forget your user code and/or password, we will be unable to help you retrieve them.
  • We never use "cookies", which are often used by other companies to collect information about each user over time.
  • We never view any data that is entered on your personal health diary. Intercilium Inc. does not consider de-identification as a license to look at the data you've entered.
  • We do not collect any personally identifiable information and therefore cannot pass on such information to third parties.
  • In the event of a company acquisition, it remains impossible to identify you, because we don't collect your personal data.
  • Your privacy will not even be compromised by links to other sites. This ensures that your movements cannot be tracked by third parties.
  • Intercilium Inc. uses top-level, proven security technologies to safeguard the privacy of your health information.

PHDtoGo will be available for general release in the near future.
