What is the Emergency Card?
It's a wallet-sized card that you print out from your PHDtoGo application. It contains your password-protected user code and special emergency password. The card instructs emergency medical personnel how to access your essential medical information on the Internet. You can change your Emergency Card password whenever you wish. This card is available in several languages.

How do I use the Emergency Card?
After you print your card, write your Emergency Access Password in the field provided.

To access the Emergency Page:

  1. go to the PHDtoGo Emergency Site
  2. enter the user code as shown on the card
  3. enter the emergency password as shown on the card
What is my Emergency Page?
This special page contains only the essential medical information that you want emergency personnel to know. It includes allergies, medications and medical conditions. A special feature allows you to hide any information that you want to keep confidential and private.


PHDtoGo will be available for general release in the near future.
