In order to ensure your complete medical privacy, you can't even link to other sites directly from within PHDtoGo's application. PHDtoGo does count the number of times a particular form is used. However, this is an aggregate number, and does not identify any individual user. Can I change my user code or password? You may change your user code and/or passwords whenever you wish. What if I forget my user code and/or password? It is up to you to take full responsibility for remembering and storing your user code and password.
