Is it safe to store my medical information on PHDtoGo? All your information is completely private and confidential on PHDtoGo. Our patent-pending privacy model and de-identification system make sure of that. What security precautions does Intercilium Inc. take? Intercilium Inc. has a state-of-art security system. Read more about our security. Who can see my health information? You are the only one who can access your online personal health diary. You may wish to share your user code and password with your doctor or a family member, but the choice is entirely yours. You may also set up a separate Emergency Page and print out your wallet-sized Emergency Card. What information do you track about me? Intercilium Inc. does not engage in any online profiling. In order to ensure your complete medical privacy, you can't even link to other sites directly from within PHDtoGo's application. PHDtoGo does count the number of times a particular form is used. However, this is an aggregate number, and does not identify any individual user. Can I change my user code or password? You may change your user code and/or passwords whenever you wish. What if I forget my user code and/or password? It is up to you to take full responsibility for remembering and storing your user code and password. Intercilium Inc. does not keep any record or database of your user code or password. If you lose your user code and/or password, your file will be completely inaccessible. We strongly suggest you take every measure to store your user code and password safely.
